Waterfront Station has a two level parking garage at both 1100 and 1101 4th Street, SW. Reserved and ADA compliant parking spaces are available in the garage. For tenant access to the garage, please contact the parking operator:

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
To use the garage after hours, tenants must have a card issued by the parking garage operator. The
number of parking spaces each tenant has is based on the terms of their lease. To get a parking space,
please contact SP Plus to set up a parking account.

Lost Park Card
If you lose or damage a parking card, please report it to the Monthly Account Representative, (202) 496-4200, ext 100. It will cost $25.00 to replace a lost card. If the card is damaged, please return to the Parking Garage Manager so it can be replaced at no charge.
After Hours Operations
