Tenant Handbook

Certificate of Insurance

It is required that you have a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance company, verifying that you have obtained the coverage required under the terms of your lease, and naming the building owner and property management company as the additionally insured parties. This certificate is to be renewed on an annual basis and should be mailed to your Property Manager.
