Tenant Alterations
Your organization may at some time in the future require alterations or renovations to your existing space.
For your convenience, Cushman & Wakefield can assist you in arranging for any alteration/renovation project through our in-house Construction Management Department. Please discuss any alteration/renovation project with your Property Manager first. Tenants may not proceed with a project without the written approval of their Property Manager.
All contractors, consultants or vendors working in the buildings must read, sign and follow the Construction Work Rules and Requirements. Your Property Manager can provide you with a list of our pre-approved contractors. Please read the rules carefully and share them with your contractor(s) before starting any alteration or renovation project.
Below are some items that may be required:
- Copies of permits
- Copies of floor plans indicating changes to be made or a copy of the scope of work
- Signed Construction Rules and Regulations document from the contractor
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the contractor
- Schedule (dates and times) for the work
